Anne Bryan, LCSW, is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee Memphis School of Social Work (2007) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Belmont University (2003). Over her career, Anne has cultivated extensive experience in community mental health settings, providing supervision for graduate-level students in both field placements and licensure supervision.
Anne’s expertise spans working with children, adolescents, and adults to address a wide range of challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and behavioral concerns. She employs strengths-based therapeutic approaches rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and emotional regulation techniques, empowering clients to build resilience and navigate life’s complexities effectively. Anne’s philosophy centers on fostering strong therapeutic relationships, tailoring evidence-based strategies to suit each individual’s strengths and goals.
Anne has enjoyed raising four children with her husband in Memphis over the past 20 years. She enjoys travel, running, and spending time connecting with nature.
